Sarah has worked at Clifton Primary School since 1997. Staff, family and friends are taking on the challenge of walking Snowdon to raise money for women diagnosed with breast cancer. Clifton is a family and has been behind Sarah every step of the way through her treatment - now we will be with her every step of the way, walking up a mountain!
